Kennedy Space Center

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex offers a fascinating, behind-the-scenes look at the space program. Tour NASA's launch headquarters and see Space Shuttle Launch Pads from a four-story Observation Gantry. Walk beneath a massive Saturn V moon rocket and relive Neil Armstrong's first steps on the moon. Experience a zany "Mad Mission to Mars" meet a real Astronaut, stroll through the Rocket Garden, and enjoy five-story IMAX space films. Then take a short drive to the Astronaut Hall of fame, featuring historic spacecrafts and simulator rides. Take a virtual moonwalk and feel the pull of 4 G's in the G-Force Simulator!

Space Pass is your all-access ticket to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Included are Kennedy Space Center Admission, Lunch with an Astronaut and a guided NASA Up-Close tour.

Lunch With an Astronaut
This meal opportunity, currently offered every day of the week at 12:15 p.m. at the Visitor Complex, includes a banquet style lunch with a speaking appearance by a real Astronaut hero. The popular program incorporates a fun highlight video of Astronauts living and working in space, a brief oration on his/her thoughts and individual time with each family for Q&A and photos. The meal is topped off by a wonderful selection of desserts. Guests even receive an autographed souvenir to take home.

NASA Up Close Tour
Led by a trained space expert, this tour gives visitors an insider's view of the space program from launch preparation to liftoff. The tour includes up-close views of Space Shuttle launch pads, the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB), massive Crawler-Transporters, which move the Shuttle from the VAB to its launch pad, and Shuttle Landing Facility. The tour stops in between the Shuttle launch pads, offering a close-up photo opportunity, and the NASA Causeway where guests are surrounded by myriad rocket launch pads and may view the solid rocket booster recovery ships and native wildlife. (Tour duration 2 1/2 hours)
